SAS Prefabricados de Hormigón Return Policy

At SAS Prefabricados de Hormigón SA, we want to guarantee your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make with us. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Therefore, we have established the following return policy for our products:

1. RECEIPT OF THE GOODS 

- It is essential to check the condition of the merchandise and verify the quantities delivered at the time of unloading, always with the driver present. 

- In the event of an incident, it must be indicated on the delivery note, and a copy must be sent to the Sales Office of SAS Prefabricados de Concreto, S.A. ([email protected]) within the first 72 hours after delivery. Complaints will not be accepted after this period

2. Return conditions:

- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

- Purchase receipt or proof of order must be presented.

- The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

3. Products not eligible for return:

- Customized products or manufactured to customer specifications.

- Products that have been installed or used.

- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

4. Return Process:

- To start the return process, please contact our customer service team ([email protected]) providing the order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

- Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to our facility.

5. Return costs:

- The customer will bear the return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on the part of SAS Precast Concrete (e.g., a defective product).

6. Reimbursement:

- Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the corresponding refund using the original payment method.

- The time required for funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on the issuing bank's payment method and policies.
